Delivery Information

Postage and packing charges quoted on the website are for delivery to the UK mainland addresses only. We are happy to supply to customers outside the UK mainland, but request that customers contact us before placing an order to confirm shipping charges.

If you are placing an order for several items, please contact us before you place your order on line and, if possible, we will attempt to reduce the shipping costs which are quoted on the website. We may also be able to offer discounts on large orders, so please don't be afraid to talk to us.

Orders are usually despatched within 2/3 days of receiving your order and will usually be sent by either first class post or by courier service, depending on the weight & value of the items concerned. If you need your order delivering for a specific date please let us know and we will do our best to oblige.

For high value goods a signature will be required when the delivery arrives confirming that the parcel has reached you undamaged. Please check the goods on receipt before signing for the parcel - if you have signed to say the parcel has been received in good condition we will not accept claims for transit damage at a later date. If the parcel or contents are damaged please contact us immediately and, if possible, send photographs of the damaged items. Any shortages or damages must be notified to us within three days of delivery.

We accept payment by Paypal or by credit card via the secure Paypal shopping cart. We can also accept payment by Sterling cheque (payable to A. Waterhouse) sent to A.Waterhouse, Unit 2, Windmill Farm Business Park, Wetherby Road, Boroughbridge, YO51 9JW but please call us before posting your cheque, to let us know which items you would like so that we can reserve them for you.

Goods will not be despatched until payment has been received in full.

Returns will be accepted if the goods are sent back to us within 14 days of despatch and providing we receive them in the same condition that they were despatched to you. However we will not refund any postage costs or handling charges incurred with either the original order or the return.
